MidAmerica Time Trial Series (MATTS)
Tour of Illinois/Wisconsin (ToIL/WI)
Rider of the Year (ROTY) season-long competition
Who is eligible? Any WI/IL Cycling Association member who has participated in our events (MATTS or ToIL/WI) in the past two years as a racer, official, promoter, volunteer, or donor. → No prior board experience is required — just enthusiasm for safe, affordable, grassroots time trials, criteriums, and road races for riders of all ages in Illinois and Wisconsin.
